AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CHAPTER 254
ENTITLED VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC OF THE CODE Or THE
BOROUGH OF CARTERET
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of Carteret (the
"Borough ") as follows:
Section 1 § 254 -20. Schedule H: No Parldug Anytime. of Chapter 254
entitled VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC of the Code of the Borough
of Carteret shall be amended and supplemented to add the
following street and/or portion thereof to said Schedule.
On the South Side of Washington Avenue East Bound from
Pershing Avenue to Atlantic Street,
Section 2 All ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent with the provision of
this ordinance are hereby repealed limited to the extent of any
such inconsistency.
Section 3 If any section, paragraph, sub - division, clause or provision of this
ordinance is adjudged invalid, such adjudication shall apply only
to the section, paragraph, sub - division, clause or provision so
adjudged and the remainder of this ordinance shall be deemed
valid and effective.
Section 4 This ordnrance shall take effect upon its passage and publication
. according to applicable law.
