AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF THE DIAMONDS SUBDIVISION, SECTION EIGHT, A
E SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.

� WHEREAS, Greenco Development Company, L.C., Gerald J. Green, Richard L.
Samson, and Robert M. Rackers, owners of the real estate hereinafter described, having
submitted to the City Council a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole
County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
Part of Tract One of MOSERS Subdivision, as per plat of record in Plat Book 11, Page `t>
829, Cole County Recorder's Office, being part of the Southeast Quarter of the
► Southeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the City of
Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Tract 1 of Mosers Subdivision, as per plat of
record in Plat Book 11, Page 829 Cole County Recorder's Office (said Northwest
comer also being a point on the easterly right-of-way line of Wlldwood Drive); thence
N84 1412,E, along the Quarter Quarter Section line of said Section 9, 562.21 feet;
thence S5°45'48"E, 224.78 feet to the Northeast corner of Tract 3 of MOSERS {
SUBDIVISION, as per plat of record in Plat Book 11, Page 829, Cole County
Recorder's Office; thence S84 014'12"W, along the northerly boundary of said Tract 3
of MOSERS SUBDIVISION, 505.39 feet to the easterly right-of-way line of Wlldwood
Drive; thence northwesterly, along the easterly right-of-way line of Wildwood Drive, on
a curve to the left having a radius of 858.51 feet, an arc distance of 232.56 feet, (the
chord of said curve being N1905656"W, 231.85 feet) to the point of beginning.
Containing in all 2.73 acres.
WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been fully and properly signed and' �
accepted by.the,owner of said subdivision, known and referred to as The Diamonds {
Subdivision, Section Eight, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the

SECTION 1. The plat of the Diamonds Subdivision, Section Eight, being and
{ situated within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,�as shown by the said
# � plaYattached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted
4' by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify the approval of said plat under the
seal of the City of Jefferson.
5.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date �
of its passage and approval.
