APPROVING THE PLAT OF FMP SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON. }

WHEREAS, Barrett L. Glascock, President and James W. Uffman, Secretary of FMP
< ; Enterprises, Incorporated, owners of the real estate hereinafter described, having
submitted to the City Council a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole
.', County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
'i Part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 44 North,
Range 12 West, in the City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, more particularly
' described as follows:
From the southeast corner of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 8; '
thence N6°10'44"W, along the Quarter Quarter Section Line, 91.01 feet to the
z ± ; northeasterly corner of a tract of land described in Book 311, Page 347, Cole County
Recorde'r's Office, the point of BEGINNING for this description; thence along the
northerly line of said tract in Book 311, Page 347, the following courses and distances:
N88°4(}'42"W, 132.03 feet; thence northerly on a curve to the right, having a radius of
1392.38 feet, an arc distance of 443.56 feet, the chord of said curve being N79°33'08'W,.

of Jefferson in Book 311, Page 346, also being on the easterly line of a tract of land
described in Book 161, Page 597, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence along the

WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been fully and properly signed and
that
accepted by the owner of said subdivision, known and referred to as FMp:Subdivision,
all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo,
entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with by the owner of said subdivision, and that in
all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been complied with.
NOW, WHEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. The plat of FMP Subdivision, being and situated within the corporate
limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached hereto and
made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City Council of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify the app roval of said P lat under the
seal of the City of Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
' of its passage and approval.
