i CITY OWNED PROPERTY SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE TRADE-IN OF THE
PROPERTY TO OFFSET THE PURCHASE PRICE OF REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:

Section 1. The following City owned property is hereby declared surplus:
a. 1989 Cushman Scooter (152,674 miles), I.D. No. 898464-9010, Serial No.
1CUMH3275LL000469, (JC ID No. 11269);
b. OZALID Model 37000 blue print machine (purchased 7/03/82), Serial No. 17437,

c. XEROX Model 2510 wide format copier (purchased 12/31/89), Serial No. 64G
029181 (JC ID No. 11120).

Section 22. The City Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to trade in the
t equipment listed in Section 1 to offset the purchase price of replacement equipment.
