AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDING, AND
MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY
'V REZONING 2.53 ACRES ON THE CORNER OF WEST TRUMAN BOULEVARD AND
CONSTITUTION DRIVE FROM RX1, MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO C-O, OFFICE
COMMERCIAL.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING CODE
RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
{ MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned from RA-1, Multiple Family
Residential to C-O, Office Commercial:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the City
of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest comer of TRACT A as described in Quit Claim Deed of record in
Book 368, Page 396, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence N3 045'20"W, along the westerly
line of said TRACT A, 297.69 feet to a point on the southerly line of WEST TRUMAN
BOULEVARD; thence easterly,. along the southerly line of said WEST TRUMAN ;
BOULEVARD, on a curve to the left, having a radius of 2904.79 feet, an arc distance of
= 384.59 feet(the chord of said curve being N73 3343 E, 384.31 feet)to a point on the westerly
:. line of CONSTITUTION DRIVE; thence S20°4922"E, along the westerly line of '
CONSTITUTION DRIVE, 76.15 feet; thence southerly, along the westerly line of
CONSTITUTION DRIVE, on a curve to the left, having a radius of 426.88 feet an arc distance
