AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION 19-401,
SCHEDULE (J) PARKING PROHIBITED) SUBPARAGRAPH (A) (STREETS AND
HIGHWAYS), AND SCHEDULE O (ONE HOUR PARKING), OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON PERTAINING TO PARKING ON A PORTION OF MARSHALL STREET. N
.. •' BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1, Section 19-401, Schedule O, (One Hour Parking), of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the addition of a portion of Marshall Street as follows:
Marshall Street: On the east side thereof; from the south curb line of an east west alley being
between High Street and Capitol Ave.
Section 2. Section 19401, Schedule J, (Parking Prohibited), Subparagraph (a), Streets
and Highways) of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by prohibiting
k parking on a portion of Marshall Street as follows:
Marshall Street:On the east side thereof,from the south curb line of Capitol Ave south to the north
curb line of the east west alley being between High Street and Capitol Ave.
Marshall Street: On the east side thereof,from the north curb line of High Street to a point being 55 feet
south of the south curb line of an east west alley being between High Street and Capitol Ave. f
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its ! `f
passage and approval.
