AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, RELINQUISHING A }
RIGHT-OF-WAY OF FOUR SEASONS DRIVE AND CERTAIN GENERAL UTILITY
EASEMENTS ADJACENT THERETO.
WHEREAS by right-of-way of Four Seasons Drive and the fifteen (15)foot wide general
utility easement recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 779, of the Records of the
Cole County, Missouri, a general utility easement was granted to the City of
Jefferson, a Municipal Corporation, to excavate within, install, construct,
maintain and repair structures for the routing and conveyance of sewer in,
under and through the lots, tracts or parcels of land described in Section 1;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Council finds that the following described easement is surplus
t' property of the City and is no longer needed for any public purpose:
All of the right-of-way of Four Seasons Drive and the fifteen (15)foot wide General
Utility Easement adjacent thereto, as per the subdivision plat of Corporate Woods
in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as per plat of record in Plat Book 11, Page 779,
of the Cole County Recorder's Office.
;. Section 2. The easement described in Section 1 is hereby relinquished, and the City
{' does hereby release and abandon whatever interest it has in the easement.
` Section 3. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an
necessary legal document relinquishing all of the City's interest in the tract of round
