ORDINANCE NO. 12011
! AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF CERTAIN LOTS IN WAKODA WOODS, SECTION ONE, A
SUBDIVISION PARTIALLY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, James B. Wisch, Mary S. Wisch, Johnny K. Richardson and Marsha
Richardson, owners of the real estate hereinafter described, having submitted to the City
Council a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and
more particularly described as follows:
Part of Private Survey#2701 and #2680, Township 44 North, Range 11
West, Cole County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest comer of said Private Survey#2680; thence
S80 0 14' 04" W, along the north line of a tract of land as described in Book
261, Page 2; Book 303, Page 437; and Book 315, Page 188, Cole County
Recorder's Office, 1182.00 feet to the southeast comer of a tract of land as
described in Book 128, Page 342, Cole County Recorder's Office, and the
easterly line of Mohawk Drive; thence N 130 12' 39" W, along the easterly line
of Mohawk Drive, 152.75 feet to the southeasterly comer of a tract of land as
described in Book 329, Page 943, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence N 00
O 34' 54" E, along the easterly line of said tract in Book 329, Page 943, 175.62
feet to the easterly line of said tract in Book 128, Page 342; thence N 050 49'
56" W, along the easterly line of said tract in Book 128, Page 342, 584.01 feet;
thence S 860 49' 12" E, 1011.14 feet; thence N 830 41' 34" E, 175.00 feet to
the Jefferson City corporate limits; thence S 060 18' 26" E along the corporate
limits line 669 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been fully and properly signed and accepted
by the owners of said subdivision, known and referred to as Wakoda Woods, Section One,
that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo,
entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with by the owners of said subdivision, and that in all
respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. The plat of that part of the plat of Wakoda Woods, Section One, lying,
being and situated within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by
the said plat attached hereto and recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 644, Cole County Recorder's
Office, and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City

Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2. This ordinance after having been adopted by the City Council and
properly signed by the Mayor and City Clerk shall be recorded In the Cale County Recorder's
Office.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
Its passage.and approval.
