ORDINANCE N0. 12012
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING PROPERTY AT 1524 SOUTHWEST
BOULEVARD FROM RS-2, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, TO C-0, OFFICE
COMMERCIAL.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING
CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned from RS-2, Single
Family Residential, to C-0, Office Commercial:
Property located at 1524 Southwest Boulevard, Jefferson City, Missouri, more
particularly described as:
Part of the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section
13, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north right-of-way line of Cedar Ridge
Road which is the southeast corner of Lot 17 of Cedar Ridge Subdivision
as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 365, Cole County Recorder's Office;
thence N 84� 00' 14" E, 111.04' along said north right-of-way line to the
westerly right-of-way line of Southwest Boulevard; thence along said
westerly right-of-way line on a curve to the right (R=359.63'), 102.18' to
the southeast corner of a tract described in Plat Book 182, Page 797,
Cole County Recorder's Office; thence leaving said westerly right-of-way.
line S 840 00' 14" W along the south line of the tract described in Plat
Book 182, Page 797, 88.43' to the east line of said Lot 17; thence S 050
36' 16" E along said east line 100 feet, more or less, to the point of
beginning.
