ORDINANCE NO. 12017
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, DECLARING
CERTAIN PROPERTY TO BE SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL
OF SAID PROPERTY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, finds that
certain property in the custody of the Department of Finance; Division of
Purchasing, described as follows:
Telephone Equipment No. ITT TD-250PABX and related switchboard
equipment
is surplus property, and as Stich represents a burdensome cost for storage and
maintenance, and that the property is no longer needed for any public purpose.
Section 2. The Finance Department is hereby authorized to advertise for
bid the item described in Section 1 for sale, and to sell the property to the
highest bidder.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after,
the date of its passage and approval.
