AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDING,
AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, BY REZONING A 75.35 ACRE TRACT LOCATED IN THE 100, 200 AND 300
BLOCKS OF WEST MOKANE ROAD AND EXTENDING FROM THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-
WAY LINE OF WEST MOKANE ROAD TO THE MISSOURI RIVER FROM RU, RURAL, TO
x;
RC, RURAL CONSERVATION.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING CODE
RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned from
f; RU, Rural, to RC, Rural Conservation: .
A 75. 35 acre tract located in the 100, 200 and 300
' blocks of West Mokane Road and extending from the south
right-of-way line of West Mokane Road to the Missouri River.
A legal description of the property is:
Part of Private Survey #2638, .Township 44 North, Range
11 West, in the City of Jefferson, Callaway County,
Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
From the northwest corner of Private Survey #2638
(being the northwest corner of Section 15) ; thence S 020 051
0811 W, along the west line of Private Survey #2638, 3048. 60
feet to the southerly line of Mokane Road (formerly Route
D) , and the point of beginning for this description; thence
i continuing along said Private Survey line, S 020 051 0811 W,
1794.84 feet to the northerly bank of the Missouri River;
i thence southeasterly along the, northerly bank of the
Missouri River the following courses: S 620 591 5011 E,
