1. The meeting was called to order by the chairman at 10:05 AM via
Zoom and in person in Room A of town hall
2. Minutes of the previous meeting were approved.
3. The Demolition Delay law memo prepared as revised by Patricia Hess
was discussed and further amendments were proposed. Patricia
agreed to create a final document to be voted on at the next
meeting
4. There has been no progress on the proposed work on the Crosby
Mansion.
5. The Brewster Historical Awards group defined two homes which
qualify with a third under consideration
6. The next meeting was schedules for May 30, 2023 at 10.AM via
Zoom and live.
7. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 10:38
