AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE CODE
} OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY REPEALING SECTION 23-3 OF
CHAPTER 23 OF THE CODE ENTITLED "FEES FOR USE OF GOLF FACILITIES."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 23-3 of Chapter 23 of the Code of the City of Jefferson is hereby
repealed, which said section presently reads as follows:
Sec. 23-3. Fees for Use of Golf Facilities.
The City Park Board may establish a schedule of fees for the use of
any golf facilities in the parks. Upon approval of the schedule of fees by the
Mayor and the City Council, no person shall use the golf facilities within any
City park without first having paid the appropriate fees.
;:. Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its passage and approval.
