ORDINANCE NO. 12030
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING A
SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION AND THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS WITHIN THE
1993-94 BUDGET FOR THE FLOOD PLAIN CLEARANCE AND HAZARD MITIGATION
VOLUNTARY ACQUISITION PROGRAM.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
section 1. There is hereby supplementally appropriated in the 1993 Flood Relief
Fund the net amount of$2,959,500 as shown in Exhibit 1, attached hereto.
action 2. There is hereby transferred from available balances in the General
Fund the amount of $200,000 as shown in Exhibit 1, attached hereto. There is hereby
identified as revenue from other sources, and the transfer from the General Fund in the
1993 Flood Relief Fund, the amount of$2,968,200.
Se, ction 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its passage and approval.
