WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to award said bid; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that a three (3)
year bid for Scavenger Services is hereby awarded to
MANELLA USA SANITATION, INC.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the tipping fees in connection with disposal are
to be paid directly by the Borough to the disposal site, currently the Middlesex
County Utility Authority on a monthly basis.

THE CONTRACTOR does hereby agree to perform the following
AWARD OF BID SCAVENGER CONTRACT FOR 3 YEARS COMMENCING
JUNE 15, 1998 UNTIL JUNE 14, 2001.
According to the terms set forth in RESOLUTION AND BID SPECIFICATIONS.
THE BOROUGH does hereby agree to pay the Contractor the sum set
forth in Resolution.
