AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDING,
AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, BY REZONING AN 8.2 ACRE TRACT LOCATED TO THE REAR OF 517-
919 SOUTHWEST BOULEVARD FROM RA-2, MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, TO PUD,
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT.

WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING
CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned from RS-2, Multi-Family
4 Residential, to PUD, Planned Unit Development:
An 8.2 acre tract located behind the deVille Southwest apartment complex which is a part of
the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 12, 'Township 44
North,Range 12 West, in the City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, more particularly described as
follows:
From the northwest comer of the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of
said Section 12;thence S 89° 21' 08" E, along the quarter section line, 240.00 feet to
the point of beginning for this description; thence S 03° 17' 13" E, 399.49 feet; thence
u' S 780 31'24" W, 271.37 feet to a point on the west line of the northeast quarter of the
southwest quarter of said Section 12;thence S 00°23'00"E, along the quarter quarter
section line to the southwest comer of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of
the southwest quarter of said Section 12; thence easterly along the south line of the
northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of said Section 12,
to the southeast corner thereof; thence northerly along the east line of the northwest
quarter of the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of said Section 12, to the
northeast corner thereof; thence N 89° 21' 08" W, along the quarter section line,
443.75 feet to the point of beginning.
