ORDINANCE NO. 12035
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDING,
AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, BY REZONING A 10 ACRE TRACT AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF
FAIRGROUNDS ROAD AND COUNTY PARK ROAD FROM PUD, PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT, TO C-2, GENERAL COMMERCIAL.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING
CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY,`THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned from PUD, Planned
Unit Development, to C-2, General Commercial:
.A 10 acre tract at the northeast corner of Fairgrounds Road and County Park Road which is a
part of the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 17, Township 44 North, Mange 12
ti West,Cole County,Mssouri,being more particularly described as follows:
From the northeast comer of the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of
said Section 17 S 50 47'E, 540.63 feet along the quarter section be to the point of
beginning of this description; thence continuing along the quarter section line 820 feet
to the northerly line of County Park Road; thence northwesterly along said northerly

easterly line 660 feet to the southwest corner of a tract recorded in Book 341, Page
