ORDINANCE NO. 12057
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
} APPROVING THE PLAT OF CREEKVIEW SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, Larry V. and Arleta R. Brickey, owners of the real estate hereinafter
described, having submitted to the City Council a plat of said real estate, being located in pa
Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
Part of Private Survey No. 2701, Township 44 North, Range 11 West, in the
City of Jefferson, County of Cole, more particularly described as follows: ?
r: From the southwest corner of Private Survey No. 2701; thence easterly along
the south line of said Private Survey, 1485.00 feet(2250 links, deed); thence N 05° 18'
w` W, 2339.57 feet to the most northerly corner of a tract of land conveyed to Larry V.
; Brickey, et al, by deed of record in Book 229, Page 375, Cole County Recorder's
<' Office, said point being on the southerly line of East McCarty Street(Old U.S. Route
50), and the point of beginning for this description; thence S 18108' 50" W, along the
westerly line of said Larry V. Brickey tract, 192.47 feet to the southwest corner
thereof, said point being on the northerly line of Lot No. 82 of Landwehr Hills
Subdivision, Section 3, as per plat of record in Plat Book 7, at Pages 74 and 75, Cole
f_ County Recorder's Office; thence N 770 04' 08" W, along the northerly line of said

40.74 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 1.03 acres.
WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been fully and properly signed and
k. accepted by the owners of said subdivision, known and referred to as Creekview
Subdivision, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of
Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with by the owners of said
{ subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been
complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
