Pursuant to Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023, this virtual meeting of the Barnstable County Assembly of
Delegates Standing Committee on Finance will be conducted via remote means only, in accordance with

5. Proposed Ordinance 23 -13, Allocating $651,464 for the purposes of managing and
administering funds received under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 for the

6. Proposed Ordinance 23 -14, Amending Ordinance 21 - 04, establishing a job
description for a full-time Clerk of the Assembly of Delegates and incorporating
it into the county's Classification Plan
