WHEREAS, it has been shown to the Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, that kdk the affected property owners propose to enclose the open storm water channel and rz= contain the storm 2.n water in a pipe, reducing the required width and have requested the ,Tip City Council to vacate a portion of the storm, utility and sanitary sewer easement. WHEREAS, it has further been shown that it would not inconvenience the public or the citizens of the City to discontinue the portion of the utility easement as described in Section 1 of this Ordinance. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Council finds that the following described portion of an easement is surplus property of the City and is no longer needed for any public purpose: Part of a Storm, Utility and Sanitary Sewer Easement across part of Lot 66 of Jordan Towne Subdivision in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as per plat of record •, in Plat Book 11, Page 60, Cole County Recorder's Office, being more particularly described as follows: From the southwest corner of said Lot 66; thence N82009'51"E, along the southerly line of said Lot 66, 146.37 feet; thence N04002'01"W, 91.40 feet to the ' point of beginning for this description; thence continuing N04002'01"W, 22.61 feet; thence S71 056'52"E, 184.77 feet; thence 507050'09"E, 22.23 feet; thence N71056'52"W, 175.18 feet to the point of beginning. Se ion 2.
