RIVERDALE'S PLEDGE TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS AS A LOCAL EFFORT
TOWARD THE IDED HOUSING FUND GRANT
WHEREAS,the City Council wishes to apply through the Iowa Department of
Economic Development for Housing Funds; and
WHEREAS,the City Council wishes to pledge the sum of$4,500.00 as "Local Effort"
toward the total project identified in the application;
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City
of Riverdale, Iowa accepts the authority and responsibility of their offices, and pledges the
amount of$4,500.00 if, in fact, a Housing Fund award is made.
