AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF MEADOWS PLACE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, Margaret E. Meadows, owner of the real estate hereinafter described,
having submitted to the City Council a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson
City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
Part of Outlots 103, 104 and 113, and part of the vacated alley between said
Outlots 104 and 113,in the City of Jefferson, Cole County, IVhssouri, more particularly
described as follows:
From the northeasterly corner of said Outlot 113; thence N 540 16' 16" W,
along the northerly line of Outlot 113, 1247.18 feet to the northwesterly corner of a
tract described by deed of record in Book 280, Page 365, Cole County Recorders
Office; thence S 340 51' 34" W, along the westerly line of said tract, 30.68 feet to a
point on the southerly right-of-way line of a 60 foot wide public street known as Bald
IM Road and the point of beginning for this description; thence continuing S 340 51'
34" W, along the westerly line of said tract in Book 280, Page 365, 571.53 feet to a
'T point on the northerly Tine of a tract described by deed of record in Book 313, Page
699, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence N 54121' 13" W, along the northerly line
' of said tract in Book 313, Page 699, 363.50 feet to the southeasterly corner of a tract
described by deed of record in Book 222, Page 378, Cole County Recorder's Office;
thence N 34° 59' 40" E, along the easterly line of said tract in Book 222, Page 378,
f and along the easterly line of another tract described by deed of record in Book 304;
4 Page 935, Cole County Recorder's Office, 667.82 feet to a point on the southerly right-
of-way line of the aforesaid Bald IM Road; thence easterly, along said Bald Dill Road
right-of-way,the following courses: S 25°20' 15"E, 51.22 feet;thence southeasterly,
on a curve to the left,having a radius of 570.22 feet, an are distance of 290.40 feet(the
s chord of said curve being S 390 55'3811 E, 287.27 feet;thence S 540 31'01" E, 40.24
feet to the point of beginning. Containing 4.99 acres.
WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been fully and properly signed and
accepted by the owner of said subdivision, known and referred to as Meadows Place
Subdivision, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of
Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with by the owner of said
subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning

Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been
complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The plat of Meadows Place Subdivision lying, being and situated
within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat
attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the
City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri. .
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify the approval of said plat under the
seal of the City of Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval'.
