ORDINANCE NO. 12066
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDING,
AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, BY REZONING PROPERTY AT 2418 THROUGH 2426 EAST MCCARTY
STREET FROM C-2, GENERAL COMMERCIAL, TO RD, TWO FAMILY RESIDENTIAL.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING
CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned from C-2, General
f Commercial, to RD, Two Family Residential:
2418 through 2426 East McCarty Street
Part of Private Survey No. 2701, Township 44 North, Range 11 West, in the
At City of Jefferson, County of Cole, more particularly described as follows:

From the southwest corner of Private Survey No. 2701; thence easterly along
a the south line of said Private Survey, 1485.00 feet(2250 links, deed); thence N 050 18'
W, 2339.57 feet to the most northerly corner of a tract of land conveyed to Larry V.
Brickey, et al, by deed of record in Book 229, Page 375, Cole County Recorder's
Office, said point being on the southerly line of East McCarty Street (Old U.S. Route
50), and the point of beginning for this description; thence S 180 08' 50" W, along the
westerly line of said Larry V. Brickey tract, 192.47 feet to the southwest corner
thereot said point being on the northerly line of Lot No. 82 of Landwehr Hills
