ORDINANCE NO. 12068
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY ADDING SECTION 2-354(L)
CHAPTER 2 PERTAINING TO „BUDGET ADJUSTMENT REPORTING
REQUIREMENT'S.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Sect_ ion 1. Section 2-354 of Chapter 2 of the Code of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, is hereby amended by the addition of Paragraph L, which shall read as
follows:
L. The Finance Director shall furnish the Council on at
least a quarterly basis a list of all budget adjustments
within each City Department which involved a transfer
between the categories of Personnel, Operating and
Capital p y appropriations.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its passage and approval.
