AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF THE
BEST PRACTICE INVE NTORY
WHEREAS, the State of New Jersey, Division of Local Government Services is
requiring all Municipalities to file a best practice inventory worksheet; and
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret has complied with that request,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Borough of Carteret submit the
completed best practice inventory worksheet to the DLGS by the required November 3,
2020 due date and that the Chief Finance Officer and Municipal Clerk prepare the
necessary certifications.
Adopted this 15 day of October, 2020
and certified as a true copy of the
original on October 16, 2020.
