ORDINANCE NO. 12086
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF MILLBROOK, SECTION 3, A SUBDIVISION OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, Milo H. Walz, Inc., General Partner of The Walz Company, a
Limited Partnership, Milo H. Walz, Jr., President, owner of the real estate hereinafter
described, having submitted to the City Council a plat of said real estate, being located
in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
Part of Tracts A and D of Millbrook, as per plat of record in Plat
Book 8, Page 109, Cole County Recorder's Office, and being in the City
of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as
follows:
From the northwest corner of the northwest quarter of the
southeast quarter of Section 24, Township 44 North, -Range 12 West;
' thence N 850 29' 59" E, along the quarter section line, 207.66 feet to a
' point on the easterly right-of-way line of Missouri State Highway B and the
point of beginning for this description; thence continuing N 850 29' 59" E,
along the quarter section line, 383.26 feet to the northwest corner of
Millbrook, Section 2, as per plat of record in Plat Book 11, Page 589, Cole
County Recorder's Office; thence S 040 30' 01" E, along the westerly line
of said Millbrook, Section 2, 110.50 feet; thence S 060 52' 56" E, along
the westerly line of said Millbrook, Section 2, 202.98 feet; thence S 850
r 29' 59" W, 344.69 feet to a point on the easterly right-of-way line of the
aforesaid Missouri State. Highway B; thence northerly along the easterly
right-of-way line of said Missouri State Highway B, the following courses:
northerly on a curve to the right, having a radius of 1834.86 feet, an arc
distance of 91.03 feet (the chord of said curve being N 210 05' 26" W,
91.02 feet); thence N 090 39' 36" W, 216.01 feet; thence northerly, on a
i curve to the right, having a radius of 1809.86 feet, an arc distance of
11.05 feet (the chord of said curve being N 120 44' 4011 W, 11.05 feet) to
the point of beginning. Containing 2.65 acres.
WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been fully and properly signed and
accepted by.the owner of said subdivision, known and referred to as Millbrook, Section
3,' that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter

445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with by the owner of said
subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have
been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The plat of Millbrook, Section 3, lying, being and situated within
the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat
attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted
by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify the approval of said plat under
the seal of the City of Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its passage and approval.
