AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDING,
AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, BY REZONING PROPERTY ON THE EAST SIDE OF SCOTT STATION
ROAD IMMEDIATELY SOUTH OF 206 SCOTT STATION ROAD FROM C-4, PLANNED
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, TO M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING
Y` CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned from C-4, Planned
Commerciai District, to M-1, Light Industrial District:
A 45' x 175' tract on the east side of Scott Station Road
immediately south of 206 Scott Station Road.
Part of the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 4,
Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the City of Jefferson, Cole County,
` Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
From the northeast corner of the southwest quarter of said Section 4;
thence S 85' 52' 02" W, along the quarter section line, 647.45 feet to the
easterly line of Scott Station Road; thence southerly along the easterly line of
Scott Station Road, 355.0 feet to the point of beginning for this description;
thence continuing southerly along the easterly line of Scott Station Road,
45.0 feet to the northerly line of the present M-1 zoning line; thence easterly
perpendicular to said Scott Station Road and along the northerly line of the
present M-1 zoning line, 185.0 feet; thence northerly parallel with and 185
feet from the easterly line of Scott Station Road, 45.0 feet; thence westerly
parallel with and 45 feet from the present M-1 zoning line to the point of
beginning.
