WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING Y` CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned from C-4, Planned Commerciai District, to M-1, Light Industrial District: A 45' x 175' tract on the east side of Scott Station Road immediately south of 206 Scott Station Road.
