AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF GORDON MEADOW, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, Gordon Builders, Daniel J. Gordon, President, owner of the real estate
1:! hereinafter described, having submitted to the City Council a plat of said real estate, being
7 located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows: ¢
,. ' A tract of land previously described in Book 311, Page 616 of the Cole County
Records, located in the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 24,
Township 44 North, Range 12 West, City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, and
described again hereon as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of the southwest quarter of the northeast
quarter of said Section 24; thence S 850 30' 00" W, along the quarter section line,
' 208.18 feet to the westerly line of Tanner Bridge Road;thence N 080 54 22" W, along
said westerly line of Tanner Bridge Road, 110.0 feet to the northeast corner of a tract

' WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been fully and properly signed and
accepted by the owner of said subdivision, known and referred to as Gordon Meadow, that
` all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo,
entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with by the owner of said subdivision, and that in
all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

i SECTION 1. The plat of Gordon Meadow lying, being and situated within the
corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached hereto

the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
'r endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify the approval of said plat under the

seal of the City of Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
Of its passage and approval.
