ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH J & J BORING FOR
BORING AND PIPE INSTALLATION AT THE INTERSECTION OF MISSOURI
BOULEVARD AND KANSAS STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute
an agreement with J & J Boring for boring and pipe installation at the intersection of
Missouri Boulevard and Kansas Street. The amount expended for the agreement shall not
exceed $84,000.
Section 2. The agreement shall be substantially the same in form and content as
that agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of

Dear Ms. Carroll:
This letter will serve as the NOTICE TO PROCEED with the above referenced project
` effective September 27, 1994. The 30 calendar day contract time will begin on that date.
For your Information, we have enclosed a copy of the permit Issued by the Missouri
i Highway and Transportation Department for work performed on their right-of-way.

Also enclosed, for your records, please find a fully executed copy of the contract
between your company and the City of Jefferson for the above'referenced project.
