AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED TRACT OF

WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING
CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

A 5.3 t acre tract which is part of the southeast quarter of Section 4, Township ,
44 North, Range 12, West, in the City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, more
particularly described as follows: +
From the southeast corner of said Section 4; thence S 860 32' 02" W, along the
section line, 1787.79 feet; thence N 30 45' 20" W, 778.08 feet to a point in the center of
a creek; thence northeasterly along the center of said creek 810 feet, more or less, to x
the point of beginning for this description; thence continuing northeasterly along the '
center of said creek, 180 feet, more or less, to a point on the southerly line of a tract
