Members present: Ebert, Enneking, Schmillen, and Frangione. Absent, Jenness. Also present, Cam Rassel and
Gina Rassel.
Pledge of Allegiance.
The Planning and Zoning Commission Official Report was read to the Council.
Motion by Enneking, seconded by Schmillen to approve Resolution 22-44," Resolution Setting Time and
Place of Public Hearing on Proposed Re -Zoning of Real Estate in Northwest Marcus Along and Including
the Railroad and Amending the Official Zoning Map". Ayes: Ebert, Enneking, Schmillen, Frangione.
Nayes: none. Motion carried.
Motion by Frangione, seconded by Enneking to approve J.B. Bar 'N Grill Liquor License Class C. Ayes: all.
Nayes: none. Motion carried.
Motioned by Schmillen, seconded by Enneking to adjourn. All ayes. Nayes: none. Motion carried. Time:
