WHEREAS, Jerry J. Green and Melody M. Green, owners of the real estate hereinafter described, having submitted to the City Council a plat of said real estate, °. being located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows: Part of the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 14, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of said Section 14; thence S 860 47' 09" W, along the quarter quarter section line, 632.75 feet; thence N 050 30' 14" W, 1376.63 feet to the northerly line of the northeast quarter of the southwest i quarter of said Section 14; thence N 860 32' 53" E, along said northerly line, 632.65 feet to the northeast corner of the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of said Section 14; thence S 050 30' 14" E, along the { quarter section line, 1379.26 feet to the point of beginning. Containing in all, 20.0 acres. WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been fully and properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision, known and referred to as Shanon-Dale Subdivision, Section One, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with by the,owners of said subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of the Pianning and Zoning .Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been complied with. r. The plat of Shanon-Dale Subdivision, Section One, lying, being and situated within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri. SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of Jefferson. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
