ORDINANCE NO. 12146
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE
r; PLAT OF MONTICELLO ACRES, SECTION SEVEN, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, Elmer F. Goldammer and Lorene B. Goldammer, owners of the real estate
hereinafter described, having submitted to the City Council a plat of said real estate, being located in
Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
Part of the southeast quarter of Fractional Section 4, Township 44 North, Range
12 West, in the City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, more particularly described as
follows:
From the southeast corner of said Fractional Section 4; thence N 030 57' 10" W,
along the section line, 689.75 feet to the northeast corner of a tract of land described
by deed of record in Book 152, Page 295, Cole County Recorder's Office and the point <.
of beginning for this description; thence S 860 32' 02" W, along the north line of said
