AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, BY REZONING A 2.07 ACRE TRACT LOCATED TO THE REAR OF 2103

` WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING

ti CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
5 SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned from C-2, General
Commercial, to PUD, Planned Unit Development:
Part of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter: Beginning at
the northeast corner of the intersection of Blair Drive and Missouri
Boulevard, N 40 14' W, 265.0' to the point of beginning; continuing N 40
}� 14 W 105.0 thence N 880 28 E 15.01 thence N 40 30 54 W
147.68'; thence on 850 10' E, 293.10' to the westerly edge of William
Street; thence southeasterly with the same on a curve to the left an arc
distance of 35.11' to the property line; thence S 50 00' E, 271.01'; thence

W, 117.50' to the point of beginning.
