AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFSANUTILITY EAISE(UIEN�RTONUNION
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
ELECTRIC COMPANY FOR THE DOWNTOWN UNDERGROUND PROJECT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
x FOLLOWS:
action 1. The Mayor and Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, are hereby
authorized to execute a utility easement to Union Electric Company for the Capital
District - Regional West downtown underground project.
Section 2. The easement shall be substantially the same in form and content as
the easement attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
