AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND '
APPROVING THE PLAT OF EAST HAVENWOOD ESTATES, SECTION FOUR, A
x SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, John R. Kleffner and Linda C. Kleffner, owners of the real estate
hereinafter described, having submitted to the City Council a plat of said real estate,
`$ being located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described

Part of the west half of the northwest fractional quarter and part of
the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Fractional Section 22,
Township 44 North, Range 11 West, in the City of Jefferson, Cole County,
° Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of the northwest quarter of the
southwest quarter of said Fractional Section 22; thence along the
southern boundary of East Havenwood Estates, Section Two, as per plat
v of record in Plat Book 11, Page 440, .Cole County Recorder's Office, the
following courses: S 600 43' 50" E, 122.00 feet; thence N 370 19' 19" E, ;
256.42 feet; thence S 11° 39' 12" E, 140.72 feet; thence N 870 09' 46" E,
<<k 158.30 feet; thence S 20 50' 14" E, 24.37 feet; thence N 870 09' 46" E,
` 238.06 feet to a point on the west line of a tract described by deed of
record in Book 254, Page 83, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence
€ .' . leaving the southern boundary of said East Havenwood Estates, Section
Two, S 20 44 15" E, along the west line of said tract in Book 254, Page
83, 389.80 feet to a point on the northerly right-of-way line of U.S.
Highway 50/63; thence westerly, along said right-of-way line, on a curve Ya
to the left, having a radius of 5894.90 feet, an arc distance of 706.05 feet
(the chord of said curve being N 790 25' 16" W, 705.63 feet), to a point
on the west line of the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of the s
aforesaid Fractional Section 22; thence N 20 44' 39" W, along the section ;
line, 258.38 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 5.12 acres.

WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been fully and properly signed and
accepted by the owners of said subdivision, known and referred to as East Havenwood
Estates, Section Four, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with by
the owners of said subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning

and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and
subdivisions have been complied with.
r NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The plat of East Havenwood Estates, Section Four, lying, being
and situated within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by
the said plat attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved
and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify the approval of said plat under
<r the seal of the City of Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its passage and approval.
