AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
THE PLAT OF SMITH PLACE ADDITION NO. ONE, A SUBDIVISION OF THE
APPROVING � �
CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, Marjorie L. Dix, Tom D. Smith, Jeannette A. Smith, Charles Dix Smith and
Alice L. Smith, owners of the real estate hereinafter described, having submitted to the City
Council a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and
more particularly described as follows:
Part of the west half of the southwest quarter of Section 3, Township 44
` North, Range 12 West, in the City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, more
particularly described as follows:
' From the southeast corner of the west half of the southwest quarter of
said Section 3; thence N 030 52 04 W, along the quarter quarter section line,
2889.72 feet to a point on the southerly line of an 80 foot wide street right-of-way ,
known as West Truman Boulevard; thence westerly, along said right-of-way line,
on a curve to the left, having a radius of 914.92 feet, an arc distance of 130.66
feet (the chord of said curve being S 581 23' 04" W, 130.55 feet); thence S 540
17' 36" W, along said right-of-way line, 201.87 feet to the point of beginning for
this description; thence S 350 42' 24" E, 225.00 feet; thence S 540 17' 36" W,
214.00 feet to a point on the easterly line of a Jefferson City public street right-

entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with by the owners of said subdivision, and that in all
respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson,

Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: k
SECTION 1. The plat of Smith Place, Addition No. One, lying, being and situated n,

City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
j SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to endorse

City of Jefferson.
