PARKING PERMIT ZONES), SUBSECTION (A), (FROM 7:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M. MONDAY
THROUGH FRIDAY) ALL PERTAINING TO A PORTION OF MARSHALL STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
' FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401 of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby
�Fq amended by amending Schedule J (Parking Prohibited), Subsection (a), (Streets and Highways), , t,
by the addition of a portion of Marshall Street, which shall read as follows: i.
Marshall Street: from a point beginning along the west curb 200 feet north of the
north curb of Franklin Street and continuing along the street, around the cul-de-sac
and continuing along the east curb to point 190' north of the north curb of Franklin t
Street.

Section 2. Section 19-401 of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby
amended by amending Schedule J (Parking Prohibited), Subsection (a), (Streets and Highways),
by the deletion of portions of Marshall Street as follows:

Section 44. Section 19401 of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby
amended by amending Schedule M (Parking Prohibited at Certain Times), Subsection (P),
(Between the hours of 7.00 a.m. - 5.00 P.m., Monday through Friday), by the addition of a portion
} of Marshall Street, which shall read as follows:
Marshall Street: on the east side 190 feet north of the north curb of Franklin Street,

deletion of a portion of Marshall Street as follows:

Section S. Section 19-401 of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby
amended by amending Schedule Z (Residential Parking Permit Zones), Subsection (A), by the
"u addition of a portion of Marshall Street, which shall read as follows:
Marshall Street: The west half of the one thousand block beginning at the north
curb of Franklin Street for a distance of 200 feet,
:r Section 7. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.
