ORDINANCE NO. 12193
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AMENDMENT TO THE BANKING SERVICE CONTRACT WITH CENTRAL BANK.
WHEREAS, the City and Central Bank, hereinafter referred to as "Bank," have previously on the
30th day of October, 1991, entered into a contract for banking services under which
Bank provides numerous services to the City related to financial matters; and
WHEREAS, in Bank's original proposal to the City, Cafeteria Plan Services were included; and
WHEREAS, the City chose at that time not to avail itself of this service due to other related matters "
in its health care package; and
F. WHEREAS, the City has now determined to alter the method by which it provides health care
coverage to its employees; and
WHEREAS, the changes associated with the delivery of health care coverage to its employees
would make the utilization of Bank's services for Cafeteria Plan beneficial to the City
and its employees; and

WHEREAS, a quote was solicited from Bank for delivery of these services;
"r NOW, THEREFORE, BED IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an amendment for
banking services with Central Bank.
Section 2. The amendment shall be substantially the same in form and content as that
amendment attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.
