AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND /OR APPROPRIATE BOROUGH
OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE; A CONTRACT FOR A
FOOD AND BEVERAGE OPERATOR FOR THE CPAC
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the
Mayor and/or the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to execute a Food
and Beverage Operator Contract for the Carteret Performing Arts Center with Ari Food
Group Inc.

and certified as a true copy of the
