ORDINANCE NO. 12195
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING TIME PLAT OF WHITNEY WOODS SUBDIVISION, SECTION FIVE, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, Kenneth P. Otke and Bernie G. Otke, owners of the real estate
hereinafter described, having submitted to the City Council a plat of said real estate,
being located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described
as follows:

Part of the southeast quarter of Section 19, Township 44 North,
Range 11 West, including a 50 foot wide public street right-of-way known
as Evergreen Drive as shown on the plat of Whitney Woods Subdivision,
Section Four, as per plat of record in Plat Book 11, Page 609, Cole
County Recorder's Office, in the City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri,
more particularly described as follows:
` From the southwest corner of the southeast quarter of said Section
19;.thence N 50 07' 37" W, along the section line, 1327:38 feet; thence N
840 52' 23" E, 379.03 feet to the northeast corner of Lot No. 66 of
Whitney Woods Subdivision, Section Four, as per plat of record in Plat
Book 11, Page 609, Cole County Recorder's Office, and the point of
beginning for this description; thence N 50 07' 37" W, 240.00 feet; thence
N 530 39' 40" E, 384.61 feet; thence N 640 36' 58" E, 350.00 feet to a
f point on the westerly line of Engelwood Subdivision, as per plat of record
in Plat Book 6, Page 101, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence S 250
23' 02" E, along the westerly line of said Engelwood Subdivision, 1065.20
feet" to the northeasterly comer of Whitney Woods Subdivision, Section
Three, as per plat of record in Plat Book 11, Page 608, Cole County
Recorder's Office; thence westerly, along the northerly boundary of said
Whitney Woods Subdivision, Section Three, and along the northeasterly
boundary of the aforesaid Whitney Woods-Subdivision, Section Four, the
s following courses: S 760 09' 06" W, 264.70 feet; thence S 830 56' 24"
W, 152.26 feet; thence N 790 56' 23" W, 173.35 feet; thence N 750 21'
23" W, 204.22 feet; thence N 510 48' 38" W, 304.43 feet to the most
northerly corner of Lot No. 65 of Whitney Woods Subdivision, Section
Four; thence leaving the northeasterly boundary of said Whitney Woods
Subdivision, Section Four, S 530 36' 28" W, along the northwesterly line
of said Lot No. 65, 120.00 feet to the easterly line of a 60 foot wide street
right-of-way known as Lisa Drive; thence N 360 23' 32" W, along said

right-of-way line, 25.00 feet; thence northerly along said right-of-way line
on a curve to the right having a radius of 383.45 feet, an arc distance of
25.02 feet (the chord of said curve being N 340 31' 23" W, 25.01 feet) to
the southwesterly comer of the aforementioned Lot No. 66; thence along
the boundary of said Lot No. 66 the following courses: N 530 36' 28" E,
119.18 feet; thence easterly on a curve to the left having a radius of '
283.82 feet, an arc distance of 30.82 feet (the chord of said curve being N
500 29' 50" E, 30.80 feet); thence N 220 31' 45" W, 102.67 feet to the
point of beginning. Containing 16.34 acres.
N' WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been fully and properly signed and

accepted by the owners of said subdivision, known and referred to as Whitney Woods
Subdivision, Section Five, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
r requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with by
the owners of said subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning
and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and
subdivisions have been complied with.
' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. 'The plat of Whitney Woods Subdivision, Section Five, lying, being:

the said plat attached hereto and made a art of this ordinance is hereby approved

SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify the approval of said plat under
the seal of the City of Jefferson. '
