FLOOD BUYOUT.

c BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS

,44 Section 1; The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into an

agreement for asbestos abatement for Phase II of the residential flood buyout. The
amount of the agreement shall not exceed $62,079.00. ,
