I. environmental quality commission. Stroh The seven (7) members shall be
residents of the city and shall be appointed for five-year terms. The
representatives of the city-seuneil; of the city parks and recreation
`,. commission and of the city planning and zoning commission shall serve
iii one year terms. Any vacancies in the commission on environmental
quality shall be filled by appointment and approval in like manner for the
unexpired portion of the term. All members shall continue to serve until
their successors shall have been appointed and qualified.

Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its passage and approval.
