BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS

the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for the purpose of obtaining

Chapter 44. '

Section 2. The City of Jefferson, a public entity established under the laws of 4
the State of Missouri, hereby authorizes its representative to provide to the State
Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) and to the Federal Emergency Management
Agency (FEMA) for all matters pertaining to such disaster assistance the assurances,
tit application and all other necessary documentation.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
