5' Proposed Ordinance No. 15, Making a supplemental appropriation for Fiscal Year 2024 in
the amount of $640,000 to fund ongoing licensed site professional contractual services,
utilities, permits, filters, operation and maintenance for per- and polyfluoroalkyl
substances (PFAS) groundwater treatment at the former municipal fire training site, by
transferring funds from unreserved fund balance to Fund 8099
