AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, RELINQUISHING A
CERTAIN EASEMENT FOR UTILITY PURPOSES ON A PORTION OF EMERALD RIDGE

k BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
4 FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, by an easement recorded in Book 283, Page 272, of the Records of the Cole
County, Missouri, a sewer easement was granted to the City of Jefferson, a Municipal
a� Corporation, to excavate within, install, construct, maintain and repair structures for the
jk i routing and conveyance of sewer in, under and through the lots, tracts or parcels of land
5 recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 731, of the Records of the Cole County, Missouri,
described in Section 1;

,ri; Section 1. The Council finds that the following described easement is surplus
property of the City and is no longer needed for any public purpose:
