BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,,AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, by an easement recorded in Book 367, Pages 144 and 145 respectively, of the �=t: Records of the Cole County, Missouri, a surface water drainage easement was granted to } « the City of Jefferson, a Municipal Corporation, to excavate within, install, construct, maintain and repair structures for the routing and conveyance of sewer in under and .h. . through the lots, tracts or parcels of land described in Section 1; `�' t Section 1.
