RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TIIE RENEWAL Or A TRAILER PART{
LICENSE FOR THE 2020 -2021 TERM TO CARTERET MOBILE PARK
WHEREAS, the owners of Carteret Mobile Park have made application to renew their
Trailer Park License for the 2020 -2021 License Term and have paid the proper fees
therefore; and
WHEREAS, the applicants has agreed to comply with all provisions and regulations now
or hereafter promulgated; and
WHEREAS, Carteret Mobile Park, Located at 26 Dalbert Street has been inspected and
approved for renewal by the duly authorized representatives of the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret that a Trailer Park License Renewal for the 2020-
2021 License Term to Carteret Mobile Park has been approved, effective July 1, 2020
and to expire June 30, 2021
Adopted this 5th day of November, 2020 and
certified as a true copy of the original
On November 6, 2020.
