AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDING,
AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, BY REZONING PROPERTY AT 221-223-225 BOLIVAR STREET FROM C-1,
NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL, TO PUD, PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING CODE
RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
�.EC IT ON 1. The following described real estate is rezoned from C-1, Neighborhood
Commercial, to PUD, Planned Unit Development:
Part of Inlots Nos. 285 and 286 In the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Inlot 285; thence southeasterly
parallel with High Street, 133.75 feet; thence northeast 39.75 feet; thence
northwest 133.75 feet; thence southwest 39.75 feet to the point of
