AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDING,
AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, BY REZONING 11.62 ACRES AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF WEST
STADIUM AND WEST EDGEWOOD FROM RS-2, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, TO
C-4, PLANNED COMMERCIAL.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING
CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned from RS-2, Single
Family Residential, to C-4, Planned Commercial:
All that part of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of
r Section 11, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, which lies southerly of
West Edgewood Drive, as per dead of record In Book 326, Page 451,
Cole County Recorder"s Office, and all that part of the northeast quarter
of the northwest quarter of Section 14, Township 44 North, Range 12
West, which lies northerly of a tract described by deed of record in
Book 360, Page 992, Cole County Recorder's Office, easterly of the
5' West Stadium Boulevard right-of-way and southerly of West Edgewood
Drive, including the tract described by deed of record in Book 179, Page
274, Cole County Recorder's Office, all being in the City of Jefferson,
Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
